This website is operated by 812 Thrift LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, doing business as Sweet Boy ("Sweet Boy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Every item we sell is a single, individually sourced piece. Quantities are one. Because inventory is unique and sourced by hand, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order where an item has already sold, was listed in error, or was priced incorrectly.
All garments are pre-owned and vintage. Wear, fading, softening, shrinkage, minor marks, and age-related character are expected and are part of what you are buying. We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can, and we disclose notable flaws. Measurements are taken by hand and are approximate. Colors may vary between screens.
Garments we sell may bear the trademarks, names, or logos of third-party brands. Those marks belong to their respective owners. Sweet Boy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of those brands. We sell genuine pre-owned goods lawfully acquired, and we reference brand names only to describe the item being sold.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory conflicts. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance.

All content on this site — including photographs, product descriptions, written copy, page design, illustrations, characters, and the Sweet Boy and Sweet Boy Co. names, logos, and wordmarks — is owned by 812 Thrift LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or harvest the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, resell or republish our listings or photographs, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
The site and all items are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 812 Thrift LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 812 Thrift LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
