When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if provided, the contents of your order, and any message you send us through our contact form.
When you visit the site we automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive only limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, and authorization result.
We use it to process and fulfill your orders, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to your questions, prevent fraud and abuse, understand how the site is used, comply with our legal obligations, and — where permitted — market our products to you.
We share personal information only as needed with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and customer/order storage), Resend (transactional and customer service email), our website host and content delivery network, shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and Meta Platforms (advertising and measurement, described below). We do not sell your personal information for money.
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These tools record events such as page views, product views, adds to cart, checkout starts, and purchases, and transmit them to Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may match this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account and use it to measure our advertising and to show you ads. Depending on where you live, this transfer may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising," under state privacy law. You can limit it by adjusting your ad settings and Off-Facebook Activity controls inside Facebook or Instagram, by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, by opting out through the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in a supported browser. We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep your cart, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may break parts of the site, including checkout.
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Other information is kept only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We operate in the United States and store data in the United States. If you order from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
